Common Questions
What's the difference between Bronze, Silver and Gold?
The Bronze service covers the essentials, including an oil and filter change, fluid top-ups, checks on lights, wipers, belts and battery, and a road test. Silver adds checks on suspension dampers, brake fluid, anti-freeze and air conditioning, plus air, fuel and pollen filter and spark plug replacement where applicable. Gold adds brakes, steering and suspension joints, wheel bearings, the exhaust, fuel lines and brake pipes, and gearbox and axle oil levels. If you're unsure which you need, call us on 01723 583333.
Do you service vans as well as cars?
Yes. All three service packages are for cars and vans, and we also offer fleet servicing for businesses with several company vehicles.
Can anything cost extra?
Additional service operations may be required for your vehicle make or model, and these will be charged at an extra cost.
Will my service book be stamped?
Yes. Every Bronze, Silver and Gold service finishes with your service book being stamped, and we reset the service interval indicator where applicable.
Can you do my MOT too?
Yes. We carry out MOTs on class 4 cars, class 5 minibuses and class 7 light commercial vehicles. MOT details here.
